Today Miles and I joined his Uncle Michael for a visit to The National Constitution Center in downtown Philadelphia.  It was the next to the last day for the "America I Am" Exhibit. It was really amazing.  Unfortunately there was not enough time alloted to truly take in all of the information presented.  We will have to visit another city once the exhibit starts traveling.  It will be a nice trip.  We also went to a fairly new restarant in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.  It was called "Holy Smokes".  They laid out a fabulous buffet for us including crabcakes, chicken, barbequed ribs, spanish rice, greens, a mixed bean dish, salad, cornbread and for dessert there was pecan pie, strawberry shortcake, cheesecake and chocolate brownie. Everything was quite yummy.  The restaurant was closed to the public for this buffet, so we will have to visit it when it is open to see how it normally operates.  Unfortunately there was no photography allowed in the exhibit. : (      So if you are really curious about it, check it out when it comes to a town near you.
