A winter trip to the beach and a late Christmas gift

Hello again! Last weekend we went to the beach for a couple days. Now I know you might say "what the..." But it was actually quite nice. Of course it was too cold to stroll the boardwalk, and most of the businesses are closed, but there were plenty of things open in Rohobeth Beach. My son got to see the movie Avatar, which has been number one at the box office for the last SEVERAL weeks. I haven't seen it yet. (The quote for today is from the box of "Daily Strategies" by US Games Systems, Inc)

Quote for today: It seems to be a law inflexible and inexorable that he
who will not risk cannot win.

These are the cards that inspired me to make the cards I made using some unmounted stamps I bought at a convention. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the company.

The first two inspiration cards were created by my sister Bethann.
I got these from her a while ago, and was never able to part with them...
(Thanks Bethann, for allowing me to post them!)

Inspiration #1 (Bethann's card)
Inspiration #2 (Bethann's card)

All of the cards below are made to be used as notecards so there are no sentiments at all. Any cards that I keep for personal use I can add the sentiments as I need to- which is what I like to do anyway.

This is the first group design... I actually was trying to make it look like she has a flower on her headband. I was going to color the headband, but I didn't...
