Hi I am joining in on the Clean and Simple blog design challenge this week and
This is my quote for today. Compliments of Pinterest.
A friend of mine lost her mother last week. They buried her this past Monday. She was saying today that they were cleaning out her mother's residence, and she was surprised that she was able to do it. It just reminded me of this quote. I have definitely found it to be true.
Here is the sketch....
I don't know why I ended up doing graduation cards. I know I still had some stuff on my table from when I worked on some back in July/August. Then I went scrounging for more stuff. I'm gonna put it all away tonight. (for real) No more graduation cards for a while. I will need to make one for my son, but I'll wait until after the hoildays to do it. I made a half dozen. It's time to get started on those Christmas cards, right??
A closer look...
Supplies: Cardstock: A paper company; Specialty paper: Nana's Kids; Stickers & embellishments: Nicole, Colorbok, Momenta. Some unknown; Ribbons various from JoAnn's
I think I had no choice but to keep it simple on these, but I was pleased with how they turned out. I have always liked those stick figure kids. :)
Thanks for your visit. I do appreciate it and you. Thank you also for the comment you are leaving (lol). Until next time...
Hugs!
Thank You for the inspiration Rae-- I am not too comfortable making the CAS style and so thoroughly enjoyed getting inspiration from your lovely creations
